Refund and Returns Policy
At The Perspective Coach, we aim to provide quality products and a professional customer experience. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
Physical Products
Returns
Physical products, including printed books, may be returned within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-returnable Physical Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged through misuse or neglect
- Items returned in poor condition
- Change-of-mind purchases unless otherwise agreed
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at koos@perspective-coach.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photographs where applicable
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds for Physical Products
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the outcome of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side or a defective item.
Digital Products
Ebooks and Audio Programs
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of ebooks, downloadable files, and audio programs are final.
No refunds will be issued once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
Exceptions
Refunds for digital products may only be considered where:
- The file is corrupted or unusable
- The customer cannot access the product due to a technical fault on our side
- The wrong product was supplied
Where possible, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file or technical assistance.
Order Cancellations
Orders for physical products may only be cancelled before shipment.
Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed and access or download details have been issued.
