Send a Message
Please complete the contact form below, and I will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
Once I receive your message, I will contact you to briefly discuss your needs, answer any initial questions, and determine whether my services are likely to be appropriate for your situation. Where appropriate, we can then arrange an initial session. During this session, we will discuss what has brought you to counselling or coaching, what support you are seeking, and what you would like to achieve. You are not committing to a long-term process simply by making contact or attending an initial session.
Information submitted through this page will be treated with care and used only for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and arranging services. Please avoid including highly sensitive, detailed, or urgent personal information in the contact form. More detailed information can be discussed privately once contact has been established. Although reasonable steps are taken to protect electronic communication, email and online contact forms cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
My services are intended to provide trauma counselling, emotional support, practical coping strategies, and trauma-informed coaching. They are not a substitute for emergency medical care, psychiatric treatment, or crisis intervention. I do not provide formal psychological diagnoses, prescribe medication, or submit claims directly to medical aid schemes.
This website and contact form are not monitored continuously and must not be used for urgent or life-threatening situations. If you believe that you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the South African Police Service on 10111, call an ambulance on 10177, use the national emergency number 112 from a mobile phone, or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
You do not need to know exactly which service you require before reaching out. A brief initial discussion can help us determine whether trauma counselling, trauma recovery coaching, psychological first aid, or another form of support would be most appropriate for your needs.
